Management Team

Cortney Duncan
President /Owner

A licensed General Contractor, Cortney Duncan has been in the construction business since 1995, starting with his work in the field while attending Appalachian State University. Combining practical experience with his concentration in Construction Technology, Cortney earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a minor in Business before joining a commercial construction company as a designer and estimator.

After transitioning into sales and exploring multiple aspects of the building industry, Cortney earned his General Contractor’s license and served as Director of Construction and Development for a growing dental practice. Eager to share his end-to-end construction expertise and personalized approach to building, he founded CADCO in 2006 to deliver high quality commercial construction services along with a low-stress experience to his clients. Cortney and his wife Ashley   live in Raleigh with their three children Cameron, Avery & Peyton.

Josh Hines
Vice President

A member of the CADCO construction team since 2008, Josh Hines is focused on expanding business operations, increasing efficiency and deepening our client relationships.

Josh is an experienced business management, accounting, HR and customer care professional. He is also a proven real estate investor, owner of Hines Properties, LLC, and holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. A North Carolina native, Josh has strong ties to the Triangle area and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Josh and his wife Jenny welcomed their first child, son T.J., in May 2009.

 

 

Eric Talley
Project Manager

A member of the CADCO Construction team since 2009, Eric Talley brings a hands own approach to each project. He grew up working in commercial construction as an electrician and as a student intern at CADCO.

Eric graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Construction Management. This degree has helped Eric bring new technology involved with organizing and planning the different stages of a construction project. Eric hopes to use this knowledge to continue supporting CADCO’s growth in the future.
