OUR LEADERSHIP
Cortney is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Technology & Minor in Business. Cortney founded CADCO Construction Company in 2006. His desire to design, plan, estimate, construct and deliver a person’s dream concept had been accomplished. Over a decade later, Cortney is still achieving his ambitions. Along with his wife Ashley, they raise a set of vivacious triplets (Two boys: Peyton & Cameron and One girl: Avery). Cortney is an active Y-dad who is dedicated to spending valuable time with his family. In addition, he enjoys golf and traveling.
Josh is the Vice President of CADCO. He is a local graduate from UNC - Chapel Hill. Josh and his wife Jenny raise one son, TJ along with their dog, Duke. On his time off, Josh typically spends it outdoors. He loves to hunt, spend time with his family, or attend concerts from his favorite bands.
Keith is a senior superintendent at CADCO. Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to North Carolina in 2002. He has over 17 years of experience in project management and operational leadership. A former national bodybuilder and power lifter, Keith enjoys an active lifestyle including weight lifting, ice hockey, and golf. In his free time he enjoys spur of the moment rides on his Harley.
Jimmy, a superintendent at CADCO, is a North Carolina native from Bunn, NC. He and his wife Jillian were married in 2012 and have one daughter, Paisley. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys video games, camping, hunting, and fishing. His future goal is to use his love of the outdoors to start and run his own farm.

Charities that make a difference
We sponsor an annual golf tournament to benefit the Autism Society of North Carolina. The Autism Society of NC is a worthwhile and reputable charity that is very near and dear to our hearts. We love combining our love of golf and helping those in need.
